Formal Founder will provide all services with best intention to provide information and data as accurate to the best of the company's knowledge and ability. Formal Founder conducts business with many 3rd party service providers in order to provide services such as (but not limited to) username registration and lookup. Such services providers do not guarantee availability of services at any time.
Formal Founder may alter data or change services offered at any time to meet the needs of the users at any time without notice.
The misuse of FormalFounder.com, or any of our 3rd party partnerships to exploit any part of the site will not be tolerated. Any purchases through Formal Founder.com made without proper use of the site will result in immediate forfeiture to any access and/or any refund, update, you would have been otherwise entitled to. We reserve the right to ban / block any ip address or user caught misuing the site in any way which includes (but not limited to) web-scrapers, bots, macros, curl calls not associated to our paid api platform, and whatever other tricky hacks you evil people come up with.
Formal Founder may alter these statements at anytime to include new technologies found to be in violation of these terms.
